Those tricky Maranello bastards. Yes they gave us a different look from the private parts region looks we have been seeing. But what happens when you turn the car side ways???
We see the massive drop from the nose, which leave us with an "Owen Wilson" type of look. Not Entirely aesthetically pleasant, but also a welcome change from the slew of nose jobs around (Kimi is probably thinking melted icecream nose).
Its interesting to see the single central exhaust with the bottom of the coke bottle back opening for cooling purposes (it already seems different than the Mclaren we saw yesterday). This area will probably still be key in 2014.
The top view I think is the prettiest angle as we cant tell that nose drop. I hope Ferrari (and Kimi specially) are able to deliver the punch at Red Bull this season.

Maybe the designers got a bit lazy and just went with a very simple design.
Actually Ferrari has almost always covered the diffuser at launch since it became a region to exploit.

I wonder how those rear impact test look? Did they test with different noses to mimic the type of rear penetration the cars might be suffering?

I'm not at all thrilled with the aesthetic direction these cars are taking, but if Ferrari get back on the podium consistently, I could care less.

That's my thought as well, I told $Kaycog that " Well, Owen is considered a sexy guy by many women. I hope the Ferrari is as fast as Owen is funny. That way the car will be considered sexy for its speed." So if it wins, to hell with looks.
